USDA Proposes Revision to System of Records for RD Programs

The US Department of Agriculture's Rural Development (RD) is proposing a revision to its system of records for applicants, borrowers, grantees, tenants, and other participants in RD programs, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Agricultural Act of 2014.
