US Department of Agriculture's Rural Utilities Service Requests Comments on Information Collection

The US Department of Agriculture's Rural Utilities Service is seeking public comment on an information collection activity, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, in order to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget.
