U.S. Forest Service Seeks Comments on Revised Permit Application Form

The U.S. Forest Service is requesting public input on a revised permit application form, FS-7700-40, which will be used for non-federal commercial use of roads restricted by order or regulation, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
