U.S. Forest Service Proposes New Trail in Black Hills National Forest

The U.S. Forest Service is proposing to build a 14-mile non-motorized trail connecting the George S. Mickelson Trail in South Dakota to Mount Rushmore National Memorial, with the trail to be constructed and maintained by the State of South Dakota Department of Game, Fish and Parks.
