National Organic Program Extends Comment Period for Organic Livestock and Poultry Practices Proposed Rule

The USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has extended the comment period for its proposed rule on Organic Livestock and Poultry Practices from June 13 to July 13, 2016, in response to stakeholder requests due to the complexity and importance of the proposal.
