Black Hills Resource Advisory Committee to Meet in Rapid City, South Dakota

The Black Hills Resource Advisory Committee, authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act, will convene in Rapid City, South Dakota, to provide advice and recommendations to the Forest Service on projects and funding aligned with the Act's title II.
