Agricultural Marketing Service Amends Cotton Board Rules to Remove De Minimis Provision

The Agricultural Marketing Service is removing the de minimis provision from the Cotton Board Rules and Regulations, exempting importers from paying the cotton import assessment if the line item on U.S. Customs and Border Protection documentation is $2.00 or less, as transactions costs have decreased significantly.
