USDA Proposes Revision to Canned Vegetable Grade Standards

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing to update 18 U.S. grade standards for canned vegetables, replacing the dual nomenclature system with a single term to describe each quality level, effective August 3, 1998.
