FSIS Announces Renewal of Accredited Laboratory Contact Update Form

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is renewing the approved information collection for the accredited laboratory contact update form, which is set to expire on December 31, 2016, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and OMB regulations.
