U.S. Standards for Grades of Catfish and Catfish Products: Request for Comments

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is seeking input from catfish producers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to help develop voluntary standards for grading catfish and catfish products.
