USDA Proposes Rule to Allow Soybean and Beef Producers to Redirect State Assessments to National Program

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has proposed a rule that would enable soybean and beef producers to redirect their state assessments to the national program under certain circumstances, as part of the Soybean Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Order and the Beef Promotion and Research Order.
