US Department of Agriculture to Update Peanut Quality and Handling Standards

The US Department of Agriculture is revising the minimum quality and handling standards for domestic and imported peanuts marketed in the US, in response to a recommendation from the Peanut Standards Board, to improve industry practices and increase efficiency.
