Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest to Prepare Supplemental EIS for Land and Resource Management Plan

The US Forest Service must prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement in response to a court order to evaluate the environmental consequences of a 2009 forest plan that includes agreements with the Bureau of Land Management, Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks, and Grazing Permittees.
