FSIS Releases Guidance on Bioengineered or Genetically Modified Claims in Meat, Poultry, and Egg Products

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has published a compliance guidance document outlining how companies can make label claims stating that bioengineered or genetically modified ingredients or animal feed were not used in the production of meat, poultry, or egg products.
