Foresthill Public Utility District Seeks Extension and Radial Gates Installation for Sugar Pine Project Water Right Permit 15375

Foresthill Public Utility District has submitted an application to the Tahoe National Forest to amend their Special Use Permit for Sugar Pine Dam and Reservoir to increase water storage capacity and improve the stability of Foresthill's water supply by installing radial steel gates in the spillway of the dam. The project would increase water storage capacity by 3,950 acre-feet and inundate approximately 44 acres of NFS lands.
