California Almond Growers to Reopen Comment Period on Proposed Assessment Rate Increase

The Almond Board of California is reopening the comment period on a proposed rule to increase the assessment rate for California almonds from $0.03 to $0.04 per pound, with a new deadline of October 12, 2016.
