USDA Withdraws Environmental Impact Statement for Warm Spring Habitat Enhancement Project

The USDA Forest Service has withdrawn its intention to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Warm Spring Habitat Enhancement project on the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest in Montana, reversing a 2009 notice published in the Federal Register. This decision effectively cancels the Environmental Impact Statement process for the project.
