USDA Proposes Changes to SNAP Issuance Regulations Under 2008 Farm Bill

The US Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service is proposing changes to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) issuance regulations to clarify and update rules related to benefit issuance, account inactivity, and benefit restoration, in accordance with the 2008 Farm Bill.
