US Department of Agriculture's Rural Utilities Service Streamlines Equipment Procurement Process

The Rural Utilities Service, an agency of the US Department of Agriculture, is issuing a final rule to replace existing equipment contracts with a new, unified Equipment Contract, RUS Contract Form 395, to streamline the procurement process for telecommunications and broadband borrowers.
