USDA Adopts Final Rule to Decrease California Date Assessment Rate

The USDA is adopting a final rule to decrease the assessment rate for the California Date Administrative Committee from $0.10 to $0.05 per hundredweight of dates, effective for the 2016-17 and subsequent crop years, as recommended by the committee.
