USDA's Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration Amends Regulations Under Packers and Stockyards Act

The USDA's Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) is amending regulations under the Packers and Stockyards Act of 1921 to clarify that certain conduct or actions can violate the act without harming competition, following a proposed amendment published in 2010.
