Southwestern Power Administration Proposes Rate Increase for Robert D. Willis Project

The Administrator of Southwestern Power Administration has proposed a rate increase for the Robert D. Willis project to cover increased costs associated with hydroelectric generating facilities and operations, with the proposed rate schedule set to take effect from January 1, 2015 to September 30, 2018.
