DOE Suspends Competition Rules for SunShot Prize: Race to the Rooftops

The Department of Energy has suspended competition rules for the SunShot Prize: Race to the Rooftop, effective September 18th, 2014, to broaden participation and align rules with SunShot goals, as the US solar market has met 60% of the 2020 targets, and plans to release updated draft rules by the end of the year.
