Record of Decision for Issuing a Presidential Permit to Champlain Hudson Power Express, Inc. for the Champlain Hudson Power Express Transmission Line Project

The Department of Energy has decided to issue a Presidential permit to Champlain Hudson Power Express, Inc. for the construction and operation of a 336-mile electric transmission line across the U.S./Canada border in New York State. The project aims to connect the transmission line to the Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. substation in Queens, New York.
