FCC Corrects Business Practices and Communication Protocols for Public Utilities

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a correction to its final rule, published on September 24, 2014, which updated the Commission's regulations to incorporate the latest version of the Standards for Business Practices and Communication Protocols for Public Utilities, adopted by the Wholesale Electric Quadrant of the North American Energy Standards Board.
