BPA Announces Public Hearing for FY 2016-2017 Power and Transmission Rate Adjustments

The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is holding a public hearing to review and adjust power and transmission rates for the fiscal year 2016-2017, in accordance with the Northwest Power Act, to ensure the rates recover costs associated with power acquisition, conservation, and transmission, as well as other expenses.
