SCT&E LNG, LLC Seeks Long-Term Authorization to Export LNG to Non-FTA Countries

SCT&E LNG, LLC has submitted an application to the Department of Energy for long-term, multi-contract authorization to export liquefied natural gas to countries without a free trade agreement, with the goal of exporting up to 12 million metric tons per annum from its proposed terminal in Louisiana.
