DOE Announces Availability of Secretarial Determination for Closure of Savannah River Site Facilities

The Department of Energy has released a document detailing its decision to close the H-Tank Farm at the Savannah River Site, following a consultation with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and outlining the basis for this determination under the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005.
