TTB Amends Alcohol Excise Tax Regulations to Implement PATH Act Changes

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is updating its regulations to align with changes made to the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 by the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act of 2015 (PATH Act), which removes bond requirements and adjusts tax return filing periods for certain eligible taxpayers.
