Delay of Effective Date for Toxic Substance Control Act Chemical Substance Import Certification Process Revisions

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection has delayed the effective date of its Final Rule regarding Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) certification for importing chemicals into the United States by 60 days, from January 26, 2017, to March 28, 2017.
