The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published the name of an individual on its Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List, who is subject to sanctions due to supporting terrorism, as mandated by an executive order issued on September 23, 2001.
