OFAC Sanctions Actions Update

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of individuals whose assets have been unfrozen due to the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act (Kingpin Act) and the Cuban Assets Control Regulations. OFAC is also updating the identifying information of a person currently listed on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN List).
