Second Report to the President on Identifying and Reducing Tax Regulatory Burdens

The U.S. Treasury Department has submitted its second report to President Trump, detailing eight tax regulations that impose an undue financial burden on U.S. taxpayers and recommending actions to mitigate these burdens. The report was requested by Executive Order 13789, issued by President Trump on April 21, 2017.
