Internal Revenue Service Corrects Proposed Rule Regarding Tax Withholding on Foreign Income

The IRS has revised its regulations under Chapter 3 of the Internal Revenue Code to correct a previously corrected notice of proposed rulemaking, which was initially published on January 6, 2017, and later corrected on September 15, 2017.
