US Department of Commerce Initiates Changed Circumstances Review of Antidumping Duty Order on Polyester Staple Fiber from Republic of Korea

The US Department of Commerce has initiated a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on polyester staple fiber from the Republic of Korea, following a request from Toray Chemical Korea Inc. regarding its potential succession to Woongjin Chemical Co., Ltd., a producer/exporter previously examined in prior reviews.
