US Department of Commerce Announces Preliminary Results of Administrative Review of Italian Pasta Imports

The US Department of Commerce has concluded a preliminary review of countervailing duties on Italian pasta imports, finding that two companies, DeMatteis Agroalimentare S.p.A. and Fratelli DeCecco di Filippo Fara San Martino S.p.A., received subsidies during the review period, while a third company, Delverde Industrie Alimentari S.p.A., had its review withdrawn due to timely withdrawal of its request.
