US Department of Commerce Announces Preliminary Results of Administrative Review of Indian PET Film Imports
The US Department of Commerce has begun an administrative review of Indian polyethylene terephthalate film imports, finding that two Indian companies received countervailable subsidies during the review period, and is seeking public comment on the preliminary results.
