NOAA Expands Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary Boundary

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has finalized a rule to expand the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary's boundary, increasing its size from 448 square miles to 4,300 square miles and adding protection to 47 historic shipwrecks, while clarifying regulations for Indian tribal fishing activities.
