U.S. Department of Commerce Affirms Countervailing Duty on Chlorinated Isocyanurates from China
The U.S. Department of Commerce has finalized its countervailing duty investigation on chlorinated isocyanurates from China, determining that Chinese producers and exporters receive subsidies, effective from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012.
