US Department of Commerce Finalizes Investigation into Russian Grain-Oriented Electrical Steel Imports

The US Department of Commerce has determined that grain-oriented electrical steel from Russia is being sold in the US at less than fair value and that critical circumstances exist with respect to imports from Russia, affecting sales from July 1, 2012, to June 30, 2013.
