US Department of Commerce Publishes Final Results of Changed Circumstances Review for Lined Paper Products from India

The US Department of Commerce has confirmed Navneet Education Limited as the successor-in-interest to Navneet Publications (India) Ltd. in the countervailing duty order on certain lined paper products from India, following a review initiated on July 3, 2014.
