US Department of Commerce Affirms Circumvention of Antidumping Duty Order on Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags from Taiwan
The US Department of Commerce has determined that imports of unfinished polyethylene retail carrier bags from Taiwan are circumventing the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Taiwan, as mandated by the order.
