First Responder Network Authority Proposes Clarifications to 2012 Tax Relief Act, Extends Comment Period for Public Safety Broadband Network

The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) has published a notice and request for comments in the Federal Register, seeking input on proposed interpretations of parts of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012, and extending the comment period for a related request for information on establishing a nationwide interoperable public safety broadband network.
