U.S. Department of Commerce Imposes Countervailing Duties on Non-Oriented Electrical Steel from China
The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Chinese producers/exporters of non-oriented electrical steel are receiving subsidies and that imports of this steel from China are subject to critical circumstances, prompting the imposition of countervailing duties.
