US Department of Commerce Updates FOIA and Privacy Act Regulations
The US Department of Commerce has amended its regulations under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act to clarify, update, and streamline procedures for submitting requests and appeals, and to incorporate changes brought about by the OPEN Government Act of 2007 and recent case law developments.
