Revisions to Framework Adjustment 51 of the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan and Sector Annual Catch Entitlements for Fishing Year 2014

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is updating annual catch limits for commercial groundfish vessels and sector annual catch entitlements for groundfish stocks in the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan, taking into account changes in the number of participants fishing in sectors and adjusting for overages in fishing year 2013.
