US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Mexican Sugar Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has determined that sugar from Mexico is being sold in the US at a price lower than its fair market value, and has invited interested parties to comment on this finding, which is expected to be finalized in 135 days.
