NOAA to Grant Exclusive License to SAIC for Tsunami Reporting Patent

The U.S. Department of Commerce's National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has announced its intention to grant Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) an exclusive license for U.S. Patent No. 7,289,907, related to a system for reporting high-resolution ocean pressures in near real-time for tsunami reporting purposes.
