Federated Enhanced Treasury Income Fund, et al. Seek Approval for Monthly Distributions of Long-Term Capital Gains

The Federated Enhanced Treasury Income Fund, Federated Premier Intermediate Municipal Income Fund, Federated Premier Municipal Income Fund, and Federated Investment Management Company are requesting an order to allow these registered closed-end management investment companies to make periodic distributions of long-term capital gains as frequently as monthly in any taxable year, or as specified by their outstanding preferred stock.
