US Department of Commerce Conducts Antidumping Review of Chinese Graphite Electrodes

The US Department of Commerce is reviewing antidumping duties on graphite electrodes from China, covering sales from February 1, 2013, to January 31, 2014, and has found one company may have sold below cost. Interested parties can comment on the preliminary results.
